The mswx Android app is in closed beta on Google Play. Two clicks and you'll have the home-screen widgets installed.
Join the testers group
Google requires beta testers to be members of a Google Group. Click below, hit "Join group," done. Use the same Gmail you use on your Android phone.

After you've joined the group, click below. You'll see a "Become a tester" page on Google Play — accept, then install the app like any other Play Store app. Updates land automatically.
Install on Google Play →Tip: if step 2 says "page not found," you either haven't joined the group yet, or you're signed into Play with a different Gmail than the one you joined the group with. Switch accounts in the Play Store and try again.
